It might be frightfully cold but these hardy pickleball players still
come out ready to play. We don't let our chilly mornings stop our
play!
Many of our pickleball players participated in our Four Seasons
Tournament on Dec. 10. We had a women's and men's divisions with
awards going to those players who won first and second place. Be
sure to read in the next Breeze about winners.
After the tournament, we had our annual pickleball Christmas
party which was catered by Smitty's. Of course, no party is complete
without games! It was a grand time for all that joined in on the fun.
The next tournament for some of our players will be in February.
This Palm Springs pickleball tournament is huge… 300 players from
all over the United States! This event takes place over 3 days and
involves converting some tennis courts into pickleball courts so that
all of the players can be accommodated.
We have reserved Wednesday mornings as our time to help
new players sharpen their pickleball skills. If you are interested in
