| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | January 2017 | 11 Facilities Committee We would like to wish all Four Seasons residents a Happy New Year. In 2016, we have had many accomplishments within our community. Some of these are... • The pool shade structures • Sports court resurfacing • Lighting along Four Seasons Blvd • New construction and remodeling of the BBQ picnic area Many projects go unnoticed because they are maintenance repairs or minor projects that are completed by our maintenance personnel instead of using outside vendors or contractors. One major project that was recently resolved is the repair of the lodge roof. After experiencing leaks and several temporary repairs, it was decided to re-roof the problematic areas, which happen to be the flat areas. The new roof has a certified 25 year roof system which has a reflective coating installed to help reduce our energy consumption in the lodge. As for 2017, carpeting (which the homeowners voted on color and style) and tile has been selected and ordered for the Bistro, conference room, hallways, and office of the lodge. Other projects the committee is working on for 2017 is a storage building, electrical outlets at the south end of the tennis courts, dining tables and chairs for the BBQ area, and solar sidewalk lights. The members of the Facilities Committee are dedicated to keeping our community in working order and as beautiful as the day we moved in. Happy New Year!
