Holiday Lights: Again our community was blessed with many
neighbors decorating their homes with holiday lights. A beautiful
sight! Remember, they must be removed and stored away within 30
days after Christmas.
2016: A Busy Time for the ARC: The Architectural Review
Committee received over 220 applications from home owners to make
changes to their landscape or exterior parts of their houses. We learned
many lessons on what works and what does not work when it comes to
replacing lawns, planting drought resistant plants, solar installations
and other innovative ideas many of you presented. We thank you for
your patience and cooperation in resolving the drought situation.
Financials for November 2016: The total assets
balance is $5,137,331.49. This includes a reserve
balance of $3,829,756.04. Total liabilities at this time
are $136,919.61. Total reserves are $3,829,756.04.
Total equity of $1,170,655.84 is a surplus balance.
