Tai Chi Class Tai Chi is a moving meditation for calming,
balance, and energy. The Beginning Tai Chi class is Fridays from
6-7 pm. Intermediate class is Tuesdays from 2-3:15 pm. Both
classes are continuous and progressive, with new sessions
for beginners starting up periodically. All classes meet in the

Volunteers Group Perfect for new residents looking for
entry into the "casual group" atmosphere, or any homeowner who
can spare an hour or two to help make our events a success.
No need to commit to every event-help when you can! We decorate,
set tables, dish up potlucks… no moving furniture nor heavy lifting.
