FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | FEBRUARY 2017 5
By Jeri Mupo, General Manager
MANAGER'S REPORT
EXIT GATE SPEED CONTROL I am sure that all of our residents
are aware that each of our exit gates has a set of spike strips just as
you exit the community. I am not sure that all of our residents know
that there is a posted speed limit for going over the spike strips.
Please note that the posted speed limit is 5 mph. The spike strip
manufacturer will not pay for any tire damage due to speeds that
exceed 5 mph.
GENTLE REMINDERS The following are this month's gentle
reminders for being a good community citizen:
• It has been observed that residents are using the community
doggie stations for their personal domestic trash. Please do
not use these receptacles for your personal garbage. This
causes the stations to fill up and not allow space for pet waste.
• The homeowner directory is for your personal use. You
may not use it for any commercial purpose or solicitation
whatsoever.
• Please be gentle with the pool railing sleeves. When they are
pulled down or scrunched to the bottom of the railing, this
causes the material to break down and require replacing.
These sleeves are not cheap and cost several hundred dollars
to replace.
• Handicapped parking is just that! It is for those residents
that have the appropriate placard or license plate. Illegally
parking in these areas can result in fines.
Thank you for your cooperation!
