The Sun Lakes Writer's Group share tales of adventures, mysteries,
factual scenarios, philosophies, amusing and nostalgic stories written
by our members. Join this group and share your stories, poetry and
observations on life. The other members will listen, gently critique
and help you put into words whatever you choose to share. Some
have vast experience in the literary or publishing arena, others are
novice writers who want to test and hone their skills. Some have been
published; others just want to try a new challenge.
Join us in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere and help us
all stretch our writing wings. Bring your thoughts and skills to
our next meeting on Mon., Feb. 6. We meet in the Main Clubhouse
Multipurpose Room on the first Monday of each month from 3 to 5
pm.
For an added opportunity to stretch your creative forces, there is
a second monthly meeting on the third Wednesday of each month at
12:30 pm in the North Clubhouse. For February the date is Wed., Feb.
15. We hope to see our returning members and the more adventurous

Bible Study
Our Bible study group is non-denominational. All are welcome. We meet together
every week for fellowship and study. On the first Wednesday of each month we meet
for dinner before our regular meeting. Reservations for dinner are taken in the
meeting the last Wednesday of each month. Bring your Bible, any version, and listen to
or participate in our discussion of the evening topic. We're all learning together. We'd
be delighted if you'd join us. We meet Wednesdays at 7 pm in the Main Clubhouse
Multipurpose Room.
