42 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MARCH 2017 Psst, psst...yes, YOU! I'm trying to get YOUR attention! I'm about to let out a BIG secret! This October the Performing Arts Club is going to put on a production, never before seen at Four Seasons called, Way Off Broadway!, a tribute to the great musicals of the 40s, 50s, 60s & 70s. Polish your dancing shoes, do your breathing exercises, gargle, and brush up your Shakespeare, Sondheim, and Rogers & Hammerstein, and join the fun. I know that there are many of you that had dreams of being on Broadway, when you were younger. It's not too late. If you're interested in singing a solo or participating in a group, or dancing to one of your favorite songs, please contact the Artistic Director, Susan Youel, at syouel@earthlink.net We depend on your support on the stage, behind the stage, and as spectators to make our club and our productions successful. Last month we had an interest meeting regarding our upcoming Radio Show, Blondie and The Lone Ranger, to be held on Friday, April 7, in the Lodge Ballroom. This is a FREE EVENT, which is certainly a lot of fun to watch and even more fun to participate in. Thank you to the newly interested who attended the meetings. My apologies for the mix up in the meeting dates. It's always nice to meet new neighbors who are interested in getting involved in our club. We're looking forward to seeing you in this and/or future shows. For those attending the Radio Show, bring your dinner or order from the Bistro. Don't forget to bring your beverage of choice. We're a lot funnier after a drink or two. This will be my last reminder regarding our most popular show, our PG-55+/Twisted Cabaret II, to be held on two consecutive days, May 19 and 20. Due to its popularity, this year we are offering it on two nights instead of just one. This reminder is for those who are interested in participating in this fantastic, fun-filled show. If you're up for some laughs, this is the show for you. Whatever your ideas might be, contact John Horning at pg55.show@gmail.com to discuss it further. This show will be filling up and going into rehearsals soon, so get moving. More information regarding ticket availability will be discussed in next month's Breeze. Most of our activities take place year round with one exception - The Summer Sunday Evening Concert Series Our amphitheater is the venue for this summer series and is located between the tennis and paddle ball courts. Beginning in May continuing through September, the concerts offer a range of musical styles. Mark your calendar for the summer of 2017: May 21, June 25, July 16, Aug. 20, and Sept. 17. ~ Doris SanFilippo
