Development will continue within Four Seasons at Beaumont
through the end of this decade. Currently K. Hovnanian has 1,516
homes sold, escrow closed on 1,492 of those homes. The builder
expects to have a total of 1,849 homes built within our association.
Land grading for the final section of homes will begin this September
and is expected to continue through December, 2017. The bridge
completing the connection of Four Seasons Circle at Crooked Creek is
tentatively scheduled to begin in September and should be completed
within six months. Weather permitting, Rec Center 3 should be
completed by the end of May. K. Hovnanian has not yet determined
what will be done with the plot of land they own just outside and west
of the Potrero gate.
