FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MARCH 2017 23 Architectural review Committee It is just outstanding to see so many new homeowners moving into Four Seasons. The ARC Committee welcomes you and we are so pleased you have selected this community to be your new home. That being said, ARC would like to offer our new residents some timely suggestions. Please note that your initial application for landscaping plans must be submitted to ARC on Exhibit A, Property Improvement Application Form within four months of your close of escrow. The initial application projects must then be completed within eight months of close of escrow. Once the work is completed, homeowners need to submit an Exhibit C, Notice of Completion Form with pictures to the management office at the RCN building. Exhibit B must be presented with the initial application, (Exhibit A). This exhibit states that your neighbors will be aware of an upcoming project. If Exhibit B is not properly executed it will be returned to the homeowner and the project may be delayed. ARC highly recommends that homeowners with complex front and backyard landscape projects attend our meetings with their contractors. By doing so, all questions and concerns can be addressed and may expedite the approval process. Homeowners, please remember, no work shall begin or materials deposited at the site prior to the owner receiving written ARC approval. Our committee meets the first and third Wednesday of each month in the RCN Board Room at 8:30 am. We always welcome guests and encourage you to join us anytime. ~ Brian Anderson
