He has volunteered his time to help others learn the game. Bridge can be fun but is also very challenging. The older we get the more we need to have our brains stimulated and bridge is a great way to do that. In our Monday and Wednesday bridge groups we have a variety of skill levels and the better players are always willing to help others. We have a great group of people who enjoy each other's company. Coffee is always available and many times one of the players bring goodies to go along with the coffee. For information on Monday's game or to learn the game call Bill Guy at (951) 845-5627 or Wednesday's game call Verina Rector at (951) 769-1687. ~ Tom Halley Last month we had an online presentation by Elliott Stern discussing the significance of using proper email etiquette, including managing your email messages and folders and email protection and security tips. We learned about phishing, rumors, hoaxes; FTC Can Spam Act & using BCC. He also presented good email etiquette practices when sending emails and how to manage your email for system protection and improved performance. On March 14, Larry Workman will talk about backing up your system. Since Windows 8, Microsoft has included some applications for backing up your information files. This presentation will cover basic back-up skills that are too often overlooked: How to create your back-up; protecting your computer back up; why cloud back- up alone may not offer total system protection. The handy "File History" feature automatically stores copies of changed data files at specified time intervals. Between the potential of having your computer corrupted or a hardware failure learn about FREE back-up and inexpensive options which will provide you peace of mind and save your documents and priceless pictures. ~ Larry Workman Computer Technology Calling all Four Seasons residents! There's a new game at the Lodge… it's called Rummikub. Come and join us on Sunday afternoons from 2 to 4 pm. We will be playing every second, third and fourth Sunday of the month, to have fun with new friends and old friends. If you like Rummy and Mahjong you would like Rummikub. We have been up and running since Jan. 8. We've had good turnouts since starting. We will be playing in the Lodge Card Room. We also have training tables for all newcomers. Hope to see you all there. If you have any questions or if you need extra training call John Hendzel at (909) 435-6592. ~ John Hendzel NEW GROUP!
