The collective goal to lose weight is a powerful force. Drive and energy generated by TOPS group of like minded individuals can inspire and motivate you. March is a very exciting month for our TOPS chapter, packed full of wonderful programs and events. We will be planning a beautiful celebration for our 2016 Best Losers. Crowning our Chapter Royalty, recognizing all of our winners in each weight division and honoring all KOPS (Keep Off Pounds Sensibly). A key element that sets TOPS apart from other weight groups is our recognition. Celebrating our members' success is important weather they are losing or maintaining their goal. Congratulations to the following Best Losers for the month: Paul Lussier, Denise Lussier, Terry Foster, Ginny DeBry, and Leonard Peck. KOPS (Keep Off Pound Sensibly) are: Alma Bolla, Sandy Burgon, Agna Harper, Carol Kreckow, Donna Leone, Dorothy Monterville, Darlene Moxon, and Fran Rayner. Great job! Sun Lakes residents are invited to attend one TOPS meeting free of charge. TOPS yearly membership is only $32 with six TOPS magazines and access to our TOPS website. Chapter dues are $3 a month. We are affordable! We meet on Thursday at the South Clubhouse with weigh-ins starting at 9 to 9:50 am and meeting 10 - 11 am. Come join us, we are here for YOU! TOPS Area Work/Fun Shop will be held Sat., March 11 at 10 am at Eagles Aerie, 466 E. La Cadena Dr. in Riverside.
