As our banner reads, "80s is the new 60." We returned with our great menu of hamburgers and all the fixins, cooked by Daren of Copper Creek, and his assistant Al. Our regular chief chef Jeff broke his arm in an accident, so he turned his spatula over to Daren. Thank you Daren and Al we sure enjoyed the burgers. To highlight our function, Evelyn Hawkins Stardust Dancers, gave a great show with a peppy cowgirl number "These Boots Are Made For Walkin'" complimented with colorful fringe vests, cowgirl hats, and boots. To give the gals a chance to change, we were treated to several favorite songs from sweet Val Hubbard. Lila Shope added to the entertainment with her talented lip syncing to Dianna Krawol.
