18 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | APRIL 2017 Four Seasons residents are hungry for information! The Communications Committee and the Breeze Editorial Board are very excited to lead the charge on continuously improving and expanding our communications channels. We also are determined to rise to the challenge of keeping our published information, regardless of format, as timely and as accurate as possible. Currently, there are three official sources of information that you may consider to be reliable… and a fourth way to get verification of information residents might suspect has become outdated. Of course, you are reading our monthly publication, the Breeze, right now! Due to publishing deadlines, it is entirely possible that meeting and activity schedules may have changed by the time you receive your Breeze. Be sure to check out the Four Seasons at Beaumont Daily Report for updates from committees, clubs, and groups. Since this comes out every weekday morning, it's a great way to keep abreast of changes, additions, and special announcements. If you are not subscribed to our Daily Report, you may do so at the community website or by request to the Lodge staff. Finally, our Four Seasons website (fourseasonsatbeaumont.com) has a wealth of information, including committee and activity schedules and videos of those Board of Directors meetings we all sometimes miss. Updating and upgrading our community's website is Job One for the Communications Committee this year. For now, however, you may continue to rely upon the website for all your critical forms, community documents, maps, Bistro menus, key contacts and resident directory information. When in doubt, your fourth resource is a quick check-in with the Lodge front desk as they can check for any changes or updates that may have occurred since the Breeze or the Daily Report were last published. We invite our residents to alert us when they spot errors or when they have suggestions. A great way to pass along your observations is by emailing us at fsbcommunications@gmail.com. The Communications Committee and the Breeze Editorial Board both meet every first Wednesday of the month. Communications at 9 am and Breeze at 10 am in the Lodge Conference Room. Please join us! We are always excited to have guests. If you need any further information, please contact Martha at (951) 295-7209. ~ Martha Baumgarten Communications Committee & Breeze Editorial Board
