FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | APRIL 2017 5 By Jeri Mupo, General Manager MANAGER'S REPORT AGE VERIFICATION We have now sent notices to all residents at Four Seasons asking that they return their Age Verification Forms. We appreciate everyone's participation in returning the form promptly. If you have not returned your form, please do so. Thank you for your assistance. RECREATION CENTER 3 NAME The Board is asking for the community's help in naming Recreation Center 3. K. Hovnanian has marketed the Recreation Center as "The Courts" and was going to install the monument and lettering at no cost to the association. However, if the association decides to change the name K. Hovnanian will install the monument, but the association will be responsible for purchasing and installing the lettering at our cost. This could be approximately a couple thousand dollars. A flyer was included in your billing statement asking for your participation. If you have already submitted a recommendation, please note that we have received it and a second submission is not necessary. If you need a new flyer, please pick one up at the Lodge or Management Office. Please only submit one recommendation per household.
