Greetings! The performance by Switchback was wonderful and
very entertaining. This award winning duo provided us with a little
Irish music history as well as their very upbeat music selection. A big
thank you to Linda Cunningham and Pepsi Powers who chaired this
event. It was a fun-filled afternoon which everyone enjoyed.
On May 6 we will host a Paint Night at the Lodge. We expect this
to be another sell-out event. It should be a blast. Also, rumor has it
that a fashion show is in the making so stay tuned for future details.
We are finalizing questions to obtain homeowner input to assist us
with event planning. Questions will be presented to the HOA Board
for review and then sent out to all homeowners. We hope to complete
the questions in June. Thanks for your continued support. ~ Pam

Social Committee
We are now meeting the third Tuesday of the month in the RCN bldg.
at 8:30 am. We had our first meeting at the new time on March 16. The
first item we reviewed was the re-lamping proposal for the Lodge which
was approved and forwarded to finance. During construction, a problem
was found with the Bocce Ball Court and we are working with KHOV to
resolve it. Currently, we have the reworking of the gazebos, parking lot,
Phase B & C slurry seal, and main entrance paving & expansion out to bid.
We will also be bidding the Lodge carpet and tile flooring. This is not
to be confused with Ballroom flooring which has been approved and
is waiting for completion. We did approve a small countertop and new
faucet for the sink in the spa building. The big project ahead of us will
be the paddleball and pickleball court expansion. The clubs gave a great
presentation, and we are in the process of evaluating the proposal.
We are always interested in finding people with a background in
facilities, and we welcome them to join us. ~ Bill Guy
