Please be mindful when driving through the community. Once again you are encouraged to sign up for the Association's website at www.soleradiamondvalley.com. You can get info regarding upcoming events, register for events, download to view or print forms, put in your suggestions or maintenance requests, get a set of the new Rules & Regulations or Design Guidelines, and all the governing documents are available as well. Many interesting things to see, so register TODAY! There is also a new item on this website that contains a list of all major projects that are in the works and maintenance work orders that are either completed or in-process of being worked on. Once a month these lists will be changed out to an updated list. This list is also available at the front reception desk. For those of you that use the two computers in the Lodge, we now have two quick links on the desk top of these computers. One is for Maintenance Requests and one for Resident Concerns and Suggestions. You do not have to be signed in to the Solera Diamond website to fill out one of these types of forms. To date, 74 residents have opted for electronic billing statements rather than paper statements. They are saving the association $500/year. If everyone chose electronic billing the Association could save an additional $3,300/year. To sign up for E-statements, go to https://pcm.opt-e-mail.com/signup. The next Board of Directors meeting will be on Thursday, May 18 at 2 pm in the Mountain View Lodge Ballroom.
