Hummus?
Yummus!
1 can 29 oz of Garbanzo Beans
1/2 cup good quality Tahini
1/2 cup of warm water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1. Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans in warm water, in food
processor add beans and pulse until its coarse.
2. Add the rest of the ingredient and mix well for about a minute or
two, or until completely smooth.
3. Add water, as you needed to thin. Adjust salt and lemon to taste.
4. Add garlic (optional).
