Landscape Committee
The Landscape Committee will begin working on the next phase to improve the overall
appearance of the entry area as we drive in to the Lodge. Included in this phase will be
the surrounding area in front of the Lodge to the street. With the help of the committee
members along with our landscape contractor, a plan will be drawn up and presented to
the Board of Directors for their approval. The target for planting is late September early
October.
Four Season Blvd. plantings from Bogey through the front gate has been completed and
you should be enjoying all the new flowers, shrubs and trees that were added in this project.
The patio area in back of the Lodge has been replanted and along with the new covered patio
it can be a welcomed place for our residents to enjoy a party or just sit and converse. The
committee's mission is to make our entire surroundings a place of beauty for our residents
to enjoy and be proud of while also making an impression for guests and prospective home
buyers.
We welcome homeowners to our committee meetings that take place on the first
Wednesday of each month.
