We had a great presentation by Vicki Roney on Fairy Gardening.
She has invited us to the Fairy Festival on Aug. 19 in Big Bear Lake.
Evelyn is working on putting a bus trip together for the festival. If

Our June 14 Meeting at 10 am will be on Garden Myths and
Remedies by a Master Gardener from Riverside Continuing
Education School.
MEMBERSHIP: Please come to enjoy our great club. Make new
friends, bring a friend or a neighbor. We have interesting presentations,
luncheons and trips. You do not have to be a gardener to enjoy the
presentations. Our meetings are on the second Wednesday of the
month at 10 am (unless otherwise stated) in the Main Clubhouse
Ballroom. You may attend one time as our guest and then we know
you will want to join! For additional information please contact Suzi
Messick at 769-7945 or La Nelle Neet at 769-7947. Suzi and La Nelle
are always at the front door welcoming new members. Yearly dues
are only $15. Come and join the FUN!
DONATIONS: We fill gift bags for the less fortunate with soap,
shampoo, body lotion, toothpaste and toothbrushes purchased or
donated.

GOOD TO KNOW: Those of you who donate toward Penny Pines
every month ..
Since 1993 we have collected $29,000 to use for 422 acres of pine
seedlings to be planted in the San Bernardino National Forest. That
is awesome! Happy June!
