Listen. No, wait a minute. It's Aretha
Franklin! No, wait. Marvin Gaye? Dylan? The
Stones? LINDA RONSTADT!?
It's Lynn Wiley. Lynn is a vocalist and
guitarist with her group, founded in Hemet,
called One-2-Many. They were voted "Best 5
Bands" in the Inland Empire by Inland Empire
Magazine, and they will be playing here, as part
of the "Music Under The Stars" series put on by
the Lifestyle Department on Friday, June 9.
One-2-Many features a horn, guitars, drums
and keyboard. In addition to Lynn, everybody
sings in the band, so the variety is endless and
gives them the ability to deliver powerful vocal
harmonies. Everything from The Doors to
The Doobie Brothers to Ray Charles to Wilson
Pickett to BB King. Get the idea? This band
plays dance tunes with attitude. A blend of
blues and rock that they call BLOCK.
