Tony Bennett, Gustavo Dudamel Conducting the L.A. Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl Sat., July 15, 4:30 pm - 12 am, $80 pp. After opening selections from Dudamel and the LA Philharmonic, the ageless 90-year-old legend Tony Bennett joins them for three classic songs, followed by an intimate set with Tony and his jazz quartet. He had 24 songs in the Top 40, including "I Wanna Be Around," "The Good Life," "Who Can I Turn To (When Nobody Needs Me)" and his signature song, "I Left My Heart in San Francisco," which garnered him two Grammy Awards. Gustavo Dudamel: As an internationally renowned symphonic and Operatic Conductor, Gustavo Dudamel is motivated by a profound belief in music's power to unite and inspire. He currently serves as Music Director of the Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela and Music & Artistic Director of the LA Philharmonic, and the impact of his leadership extends from the greatest concert stages to classrooms, cinemas and innovative digital platforms around the world. Dudamel also appears as guest conductor with some of the world's most famous musical institutions. Dinner is onsite, on your own. You may bring food and drink to the Hollywood Bowl including wine bottles, wine glasses and beer bottles. Large containers, picnic baskets, or coolers measuring more than 15" wide, 15" high, or 22" long will not be permitted past the ticket gate. If you decide not to bring your own food, there are several restaurants and fast foods at the Bowl.
