FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | AUGUST 2017 25 Greetings! Our survey of resident's suggestions has been reviewed by the Board and it should have been sent out in July. If you did not receive it and wish to respond, additional copies will be available at the Lodge Reception Desk. Please complete and return the survey quickly in order to assist us in planning creative events for 2018. We thank you for your participation in this effort. Our fall Fashion Show/Luncheon will be held on Oct. 28 at 11 am. The call for models for the Fashion Show is Aug. 5. Tickets for the Fashion Show go on sale Aug. 29 at 9 am. The Fashion Show is always a sellout event so buy your tickets early. Flyers with additional information for all of the above events will be posted in the Lodge. ~ Pamela Morales Social Committee The Rules and Regulations Committee is pleased to announce a new feature to the Breeze! Drum Roll, please! On an occasional basis, we will highlight one of the CC&Rs or Community Guidelines. We know they are all interesting and it will be difficult to choose only one each month or so, but we will try and do our best. Since it is summer and we are taking advantage of the many outdoor activities here at Four Seasons, we have decided to focus on our extensive walking trail system this month. With the inclusion of the new Trail D, we will have five trails that are interspersed throughout the community. The use of trails is for Association members, residents and their guests only. They are not open to the public. Pets are allowed but must be on a leash and stay on the trail. Trails users must pick up after their pets and bags and receptacles are available on the trails. The use of motorized vehicles, bicycles and conveyances with wheels is not allowed except for mobility devices operated by disabled trail users and their guests. Smoking is prohibited. There are abundant plants in the area. Please do not remove any plant materials and do not disturb any wildlife that you may see there. Our trail system is one of the special features of living here. Many other active adult communities do not offer them. They are well maintained and have features such as sign indicators to tell you where you are should you require assistance. Make sure to bring your cell phone with you. This is a great way to get some exercise while enjoying the beauty of nature. A walking trail map can be found under Community Documents on the Four Seasons website, fourseasonsatbeaumont.com. There is most likely a trail not far from your house. Try a trail today!
