FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | AUGUST 2017 31
Neighborhood Watch
Officers from the Beaumont Police Department were the special
guests of our July Neighborhood Watch meeting. The meeting was
well attended by our residents who asked questions about issues
affecting us at Four Seasons. Thank you to the officers who made
this event a success.
One of the issues we are having at Four Seasons is theft from our
parked vehicles. While these thefts occur mostly at night, they can
happen anytime, anywhere to any one of us.
If you see something, say something. If you believe a crime has
been committed, call the Beaumont Police Department. Then call
the FirstService Management representative at the Lodge and your
Neighborhood Watch block captain so the information is passed to
your neighbors to make them aware of the problem. If you need to
find out who your block captain is, a list of area block captains is in
the Lodge lobby.
If you would like to be a block captain, call Donna Lewis at (909)
831-9536, Anita Worthen at (951) 769-9858 or Jerry Monahan at
(951) 212-9998.
Speeding vehicles along Four Seasons Circle are an ongoing
problem and the study completed shows that many of our residents,
guests, delivery persons and other commercial vehicles are driving
too fast. Please slow down and watch for pedestrians.
Bobcat alert here at Four Seasons! A bobcat has been seen in
several areas, so please be careful if you have small pets. Don't leave
them alone in the yard.
Be careful walking on our trails. Take a cell phone with you so that
you can get assistance in the event of a fall and, whenever possible, let
someone know where you will be walking.
Be aware of your surroundings, be safe and enjoy our wonderful
community. ~ Jerry Monahan
