58 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | AUGUST 2017
Motorcycle Club
The bike and rider featured this month is Rick Brower on his 2011
Harley Street Glide. Why?
After a great ride to Fallbrook and lunch at the Fallbrook Café,
Rick started whining that he had never been featured, and that he
was one of the original Four Seasons riders, and several newer riders
had been featured and he hadn't. OMG, his little hissy fit got so bad
that I gave in and took his picture for publication!
Moving on, July also saw us ride to Big Bear, a nice place to beat the
heat! We also did a short breakfast ride to the new Corky's in Yucaipa
where you're guaranteed to be stuffed if you can eat it all. And the
"real man of Four Seasons," Paul Bricker, rode 2300+ miles in 7 days
visiting 14 National Parks & Monuments in California!
In other news, in June some of us attended a great car and bike
event at Top Line right here in Beaumont. The picture above shows
a beautiful example of a custom bike, built by a local guy, who has
won awards at national events and has been featured in several Biker
Magazines. As a point of interest, all of the proceeds from the car and
bike show goes to Carol's Kitchen.
Remember, we meet every Thursday at 9 am for a ride to
somewhere. And we hold our monthly club meeting on the first
Wednesday of each month at 6 pm in the RCN building. ~ Steve
