epap animal rescue We have no meeting in October. This past summer has been a very busy time as there has been an abundance of stray dogs. Almost all have had no tags or microchips to identify them. The one that had a chip turned out to be one that had not been registered. We did find owners for two dogs that were from outside of Sun Lakes and had gotten loose on the 4th of July. The rest of the dogs that we rescued this summer have been placed in "forever" homes either in Sun Lakes, Four Seasons or Banning. People from Four Seasons have been great in helping in fostering or placing in homes. Because so many pets have no ID we are trying to find a way to make people understand how important it is to put either a collar ID or a chip on their pet. It would certainly make our job easier. Plus, the close proximity of coyotes and bobcats to Sun Lakes should be a reason enough to protect your pets. We would appreciate any suggestion that would help us. Advertising with RESULTS.
