morning greeters Morning Greeters Telephone Reassurance Program is a free service offered by the Banning Senior Services Dept. to any city resident. It gives support to the senior citizens living alone, those recovering from surgery or serious illness, and those chronically disabled and at risk of falls and other injuries.
