(Our class is free) The SASY regimen is the longest running exercise program in Four Seasons. Yes, we have been pumping iron for a long time. If you follow our advertising in the Herald, we confess, not only do we move our hips, but our lips as well. We are a highly social group. We meet every Tuesday and Thursday in the Lodge Ballroom at 7:30 am. We invite you to come by and see what all the fuss is about. The benefits listed below may encourage you to give SASY a try. Thanks, Jeanne, Joyce and Char. If you have questions regarding this class, please call: Jeanne Lincoln (765-7112); Char Weakley (926-2599); Joyce Kerns (325- 8840). | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | SEPTEMBER 2017 | 33 Work out with a certified instructor Contact the instructor, Shannon Ramsey, at (951) 315-3889 or by email at slramsey11@gmail. com.
