Our October General
Meeting is Sun., Oct. 15, at 2
pm in the South Clubhouse.

Garton will display their
beautiful quilts and talk about
their different styles of quilting.
The mini-show winners at the August
General Meeting are pictured below.
The Fall Art Show is Sat., Oct. 7, from
11 am to 3:45 pm in the Main Clubhouse
Ballroom. Along with oils, acrylics and
watercolors, there will be pastels, drawings,
quilting and fabric art, woodworking,
photography, jewelry and much more! All
Sun Lakers and their guests are invited to
this free event.
The Art League Display Cases at the Main
Clubhouse will be changed Mon., Oct. 9, at
8 am. Art League members are encouraged
to bring in new work for display at that
time, and to pick up any artwork currently
on display.
Our Fundraising Dinner will feature
Linda Vieira's play entitled "GUNSMOKED!"
on Thurs., Oct. 19, in the Main Clubhouse
Ballroom. A dinner of pizza, salad and
cookies will be served at 6 pm and the play
will follow. Tickets are $15 each and will
be sold at the Art League Fall Show on Sat.,
Oct. 7, and in the Main Clubhouse from 9
am to 3 pm Oct. 9 to Oct. 13. All Sun Lakers
and their guests are invited to attend. For
