FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | OCTOBER 2017 5 By Saphire Rhodes, Assistant General Manager MANAGER'S REPORT PERSONAL INFORMATION UPDATES It's time to update your homeowner information. Have you changed a phone number? Have you sold or purchased a vehicle? Who did you list as an emergency contact, have they moved or changed their number? With the tremendous response we received from residents regarding Parking Decals it has come to our attention the homeowner files do need some updating. Come by the Lodge — we are happy to assist you in updating your vehicle, contact, emergency contact and personal information. CONGRATULATIONS ARE IN ORDER! Amy White, Administrative Assistant, is the new liaison to the Architectural Committee. Under the watchful eye of the committee, Amy will assist residents with applications and navigating through the regulations of making changes to their homes. Please take the opportunity to congratulate Amy when you see her. FALL IS UPON US The pool heaters at the Lodge and Courts will shut down for the winter months on Nov. 1. The spa pools at the Lodge, Summit and The Courts are heated all year as well as the Summit's indoor pool which is kept at 84 degrees. Don't forget to try out the new saunas at The Courts. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONCERN We would like to express our gratitude to those homeowners that provide information regarding potential enforcement issues within our community. We complete semi-monthly inspections of the community to address any and all issues of concern, for example a water hose left stretched out across a driveway or trash cans left out after pick up days, parking on the street without a notice, etc. When we see a possible violation we kindly send the resident a letter asking them to correct it and then check that is has been corrected during the next inspection. We appreciate everyone's participation in following the rules of the HOA and keeping Four Seasons beautiful. TOWN HALL MEETING OCT. 4 A town hall meeting will be Oct. 4 at 6 pm in the Lodge Ballroom to present the amendment to the Governing Documents to remove the District Delegate system and cumulative voting. We look forward to seeing you there!
