| SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | NOVEMBER 2017 | 45 Bible Study Our Bible study group is non- denominational. All are welcome. We meet together every week for fellowship and study. On the first Wednesday of each month we meet for dinner before our regular meeting. Reservations for dinner are taken in the meeting the last Wednesday of each month. Bring your Bible, any version, and listen to or participate in our discussion of the evening topic. We're all learning together. We'd be delighted if you'd join us. We meet Wednesdays at 7 pm in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. They say everyone has a story to tell. We would really like to hear yours. Is it a memoir of experiences that happened decades ago, or do you have a half-finished novel (as I do) that needs help from very knowledgeable fellow writers? Perhaps you've a short story; or how about a very interesting non-fiction piece to let your inner Erik Larson show through. Whatever your interest, you will find a friendly group in which to discuss it. Please plan to join us every first Monday and third Wednesday, in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room, from 3 to 5 pm. Info., Roger Smith, 769-2808. We meet Nov. 2 and 19 at 1 pm in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. Meetings are held on the first and third Thursday of each month. Our summer meetings (July, August, and September) are held only on the third Thursday of these months. WARNING: If a screen pops up saying that you have viruses on your system and that you should call this 800 number to get them removed DO NOT CALL THAT NUMBER. What you need to do is power your computer off immediately. JUST PRESS AND HOLD THE POWER OFF BUTTON FOR 10 SECONDS. Then restart your computer. This should clear the screen. Several people have been caught in this SCAM. The club is for persons of all computer skill levels. Each meeting will feature various topics and speakers. Handouts are given out for each presentation so you can take notes. This is a great way to share information and learn some of the ways in becoming an effective computer user.
