TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) "I must lose weight!" Sound familiar? Fall is a beautiful season with all the leaves changing to their brilliant colors. This is a great time of the year to make a Change, turn over a New Leaf for Yourself! TOPS is dedicated to helping members lose weight safely, steadily and most importantly, sensibly. On the fence about losing weight? Visit our TOPS chapter which meets on Thursday at the South Clubhouse with weigh-ins from 9 to 9:50 am and meeting 10 to 11 am. TOPS is very affordable, only $32 a year with a small monthly chapter dues of $3. You may attend once free of charge. We are a very friendly, caring support group, all with the same goal, losing weight and being healthy. We have great programs and fun activities so come and join us. Congratulations to all our TOPS and KOPS! TOPS Area Workshop is Nov. 4 at Banning Estates, 3800 W Wilson, Banning from 9:30 am to12 noon. Our TOPS chapter would like to encourage all of our members to participate in the Sun Lakes Annual Veterans Walk on Sat., Nov. 11, 9:30 to 11:30am. The walk will be held here at Sun Lakes. Cost is only $20. What a great opportunity to honor all who have served for our country.
