FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | DECEMBER 2017 5 By Jeri Mupo, Saphire Rhodes, Assistant General Manager MANAGER'S REPORT TRASH DAY: When placing trash cans out for pick up please keep in mind they need to be set on the street up against the curb, not on the sidewalk. Trash cans should be put out after 5 pm the evening prior to collection and must be removed by dusk the day of collection. LOST PETS: Please do not leave unmonitored food out on your property, in common areas, or in the storm drains to attract lost pets, it also attracts wildlife and pests. If you have lost a pet and need assistance, please reach out to Four Seasons Tails and Trails at (951) 295-7209. GATE ETIQUETTE: When entering the community through the Potrero gate please adhere to the speed limit and watch for the gate attendants who may be assisting guests and/or large vehicles. In the past weeks we have had too many near hits to the attendants and vehicles by those who are not driving safely. OUT OF TOWN? Don't forget to make arrangements with your newspaper delivery vendor to suspend delivery while you are away. This will ensure the paper does not end up in a neighbor's yard or piled up in your own driveway. PARKING ON THE STREET: Please refer to the Parking Rules on page 21 of your Community Guidelines, Rule 3, below refers to parking on the street in front of your home. If you need to park your vehicle on the street in front of your home for an extended period, please visit the Lodge and fill out a parking request form. Rule 3: No vehicle of any kind, including an automobile, boat, camper, trailer, motor home, recreational vehicle, truck, or any type of commercial vehicle may stand or be parked for longer than eight (8) hours on the Association Property in any twenty-four (24) hour period, except in areas designated by the Board, if any. NO RESERVATIONS: Please refrain from attempting to reserve fitness equipment, aerobics class space, theater seats, Bistro seats and/or tables. Within the facilities, we recognize a first come first serve environment. A FOND FAREWELL TO JERI MUPO: Jeri started as the General Manager for Four Seasons at Beaumont back in February, 2014, and has made a positive impact on residents and staff alike. With over 25 years in the industry, Jeri brought insight and experience to the committee and board members she has worked with to assist in maintaining a community that is known as one of the best places to live in California. Jeri noted in her first Manager's Report she was "delighted to be offered the opportunity to work at the flagship of the K. Hovnanian's Four Season's Communities." Jeri saw the Community through two new facility openings, three elections, countless Board meetings and Town Halls, offering her unfaltering support and expertise to each. I am so proud to have been given the opportunity to train with Jeri as her Assistant General Manager over the past six months, and will miss her dearly. Please join me in saying a fond farewell to her and a thank you for all she has done. HOLIDAY HOURS: Sunday, Dec. 24 All facilities close at 5 pm. Monday, Dec. 25 All facilities are closed.
