| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | DECEMBER 2017 | 5 A Message From Your General Manager By Rick Ruth, CMCA December is always a special month for many reasons. Several trees will be set up in the Lodge lobby and tags will be picked by residents to purchase gifts for less fortunate children. Many people benefit from the generosity of all! As in years past, the Board approved funding to decorate the outside of the Lodge, Gazebo and our Main Entrance with lighting and colorful decorations. I encourage all of you, during this holiday season, to invite friends and family to come see the beautifully decorated Lodge and its surroundings. We are blessed with many giving, generous people who dedicate a lot of their time to this endeavor. Please take the time to thank them. Or better yet, if you are new to the community and you have not had the opportunity to volunteer to help decorate the Lodge, please do so next year. As this year winds down, I would like to thank all of you for your support in allowing me to celebrate 10 years of service to your community. I would also like to acknowledge our management staff members who, without their collective efforts, would make managing your community very difficult, if not impossible. Those individuals who make this happen are: Mari Salazar, Assistant General Manager; Louise Ceccarelli, Activities Director; Maria Donti, ARC/ Administrative Assistant; Lodge Attendants Brenda, Janet, Jim, Tracie, Julie and Katie. We are very fortunate to have staff who really care about providing the best customer service to each and every one of you, who make every effort to be good stewards of your money and that strive to do their best to meet the daily challenges that come with managing a senior community and its assets, that are now in their 14th year. We also gratefully acknowledge our Board of Directors: Russ, Jim H., Tony, Ken, Gene, Jim C. and Greg, who give many hours of service to this community and most importantly give us their full support and encouragement. As we look forward to enjoying the holidays, may you and your loved ones enjoy the peace and blessings of the Chanukah and Christmas season!
