As you partake in these fantastic outings, there are just a few things that we would like you to keep in mind. Communication – It is very important to be able to contact the trip escort so we ask that you make sure you have their cell phone number. Arrival and departure – If the bus is set to leave at 8:30am please show up at least 15 minutes early to load so the bus can leave the parking lot at 8:30 am. Contacts – Please put down your cell number as well as an emergency contact so that we can get in touch with you for changes, or if anything happens get in touch with a family or friend. Be courteous to others – Please refrain from having a conversation on your phone while on the bus, everyone is there to enjoy the day and no one wants to hear your private conversation. Keeping these things in mind will ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable trip. FROM THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT: TAKING A TRIP? ATTENTION CLUBS, GROUPS & DISTRICTS You will be able to pick up your 2019 room reservation packets at the January meeting on Wed., Jan. 17, 2018 at 10 am. This is a mandatory meeting for the individuals in charge of the Clubs, Groups and Districts. This is a very important meeting that will discuss issues that have come up and any changes that may be taking place for the 2019 reservations. Keep in mind that the packet also includes pertinent information to keep your Club/ Group as active for the 2019 calendar year. If you have any questions please contact Marla Deckard at 769-6653. DANCE PARTNERS WANTED Are you a single male/female looking for a dance partner? If so, you're in luck! We have a lot of single women and men looking for a dance partner at some of the dancing events that take place here at Sun Lakes. If you are interested in being a dance partner for one of these lovely ladies or handsome gentlemen please contact Jason in the Recreation Department at 769-6651.
