Thanks to Saturday Morning Mixer Coordinators and all participants. In my spare time, I managed to provide a Tennis "Newbie" Clinic (May through November). I had a lot of fun teaching newbie tennis players and would like to send special congrats to Wendy Seirup, Sharlene Horn, Suzanne Moore, Linda Jennings, Theresa Van Haren, Jennie McGuire, Helen Pepper, and Peter Barrett. The tennis club had a very adventurous year filled with lots of SLTC events and accomplishments. Love the resurfaced tennis courts. Thanks to the membership, all of the volunteers, participants and spectators for making this year successful. Lastly, I would like to recognize the board members: 1st Vice President, Michele Walter; 2nd Vice President, Linda Jennings; Treasurer, Teri Comerford; and Secretary, Theresa Van Haren, for without out their tireless contributions, coordination efforts, management savvy and positive attitudes many events would not have been successfully accomplished! 2018 will bring a new SLTC board, who will provide more tennis fun events for all to enjoy throughout the year. If you didn't get a chance to join this year be ready and sign up for next year's fun. Dues are only $10 pp. Drop your check in the SLTC box in the South Clubhouse. See you on the courts. Tennis
