Last month we had a delightful October kick-off at our Caramel Apple Bar. Richard set a table with sliced apples, marshmallow and
pretzels to be dipped in either (or both) caramel and chocolate with toppings galore to choose as well. I had a delicious piece of pumpkin
pie and many others enjoyed cookies and the apple pie, with whipped cream if you liked. Heather and Lee manned the beverage station,
with hot apple cider, hot chocolate, Bailey's and Fireball to "spike" them up, if you so decided.
What a lovely way to start our October festivities!

Sign ups are at the Veteran's monthly meeting or at the front desk in the lobby
Cost per person - $7, envelopes will be available with the sign-up sheet for your payment - cash or check accepted.
Quilts of Valor will be awarded to 14 resident Veterans who have already signed up to receive them this year.
Luncheon begins 11 am.
