SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | NOVEMBER 2017 3 The View Magazine SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY GENERAL MANAGER MESSAGE By Heather Killian It is a time of transition here at Solera Diamond Valley with new faces and projects, which I am confident will make a positive impact on the community. Recently Lee Jeffrey accepted the position as Assistant General Manager and she has hit the ground running. This change has opened her old role as Facility Coordinator and we are working to fill that position as quickly as possible. We also have a new front desk administrator, Irma Rabago, who we are very excited to have as a member of our team. Irma is highly qualified, bilingual, and has a warm personality. We recently hired two new monitors, Justin Robert and Chantel Felgen. The Board of Directors has approved work on all the common area pathways addressing areas that have lifted and eliminating trip hazards. You may have noticed our common areas and Lodge have become brighter as the lighting issues continue to be tackled. We are looking forward to having all the lighting inside and out functioning perfectly soon! Management has contacted city and Developer Representatives who said they are working with contractors to fix the street lights that are out in the community and on the paseo bridges. Pulte also had a street sweeper scheduled to service our association every other Monday until the streets have been turned over to the city, at which time the day of service and frequency could change to match the city's scheduling. Additionally, Pulte informed us that selected sections of streets will be slurried in late October or early November to address street damage. When dates and locations for this street repair to are received, it will be sent out in a eblast to the association and posted in the Lodge. If you have not signed up for our website to obtain association notifications by email please contact our Lifestyle Director, Richard Booth at (951) 652- 5766 or email richard.booth@associa.us and he will be happy to assist you. November is a time for us to reflect on the blessings in our lives and give thanks. I would to offer my thanks to all the residents who have welcomed the changes that have taken place in the recent months and who have shown their support to staff. Many thanks to the volunteers, committee members and Board of Directors who volunteer their time to govern the association and ensure the events are successful. On behalf of all the staff at Solera Diamond Valley I would like to wish you and your families a very Happy Thanksgiving!
