| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | JANUARY 2018 | 13 Landscape Committee Happy New Year to all! The Bistro committee greets you with joyous January cheer. We hope all the wonderful happenings of 2017 will be even better in 2018. We look forward to working with you on future parties or events coming our way through the Lodge. Please check with Louise Ceccarelli for availability (and contract) of your room choice. If you are reading this before New Years Eve, please celebrate it with gusto and safety in mind. Also may your favorite team win after the Rose Parade! The lucky winner of the Bistro's Sunday Brunch for Two was Leonard and Sandi Gleason, drawn by Karen Stevens. Bistro Committee We hope you have noticed the new plantings around the Lodge area and that you like what you see. The remaining area will be completed in early spring and as weather permits. Artistic has replaced a few trees that were planted and did not survive along Four Seasons Blvd. The cost of replacement of plants and trees that do not survive is guaranteed by Artistic for one year. We are always pleased to hear the compliments from our homeowners especially as it pertains to our landscape contractor and we pass them along to Artistic. The committee closely monitors the community landscape to make sure the desired look continues to be maintained. The large oak tree, that had to be removed a few months back just inside the front gate because of disease, will be replaced. With our cool weather, all homeowners should have cut back significantly on their landscape irrigation. Artistic has cut back the HOA irrigation and we request any homeowner seeing irrigation issues please contact the front desk at the Lodge. Our Landscape Committee members wish you a joyous new year. ~ Carolyn, John, Dennis, Addis, Charlie, Brenda and Rudy
