I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. Now that the
goodies are gone (hopefully), it's time to get serious about getting rid
of those extra pounds-plus the few you may have put on during this
season of fun and eating. TOPS (Take off Pounds Sensibly) is here at
Four Seasons and we have a great group of men and women who are
here to provide support and encouragement to help you reach your
weight loss goal.
Our programs include discussions regarding nutrition, motivation,
health, fitness and other related topics. A lot of our members have
reached their goal and are enjoying their new lifestyle changes to
maintain their weight. In November our biggest losers were Vivian
Walker and Claudia Rozzi. Congratulations to you both. So if you
have been thinking of improving your health and maybe losing some
weight along the way come and join us.
TOPS is also very affordable with a yearly membership fee of $32
which includes a great magazine every two months; plus $3 chapter
dues per month. We meet at the Lodge on Tuesday mornings with
weigh-in from 8 to 8:30 and the meeting 8:30 to 9:30. You may attend
one meeting with no obligation. You really should come and see what
we are all about. You have nothing to lose but maybe a little weight.
