FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JANUARY 2018 55
Ladies Putters Group
Not only do the Four Seasons Ladies Putters group know how to
putt, they also know how to party! The LPG held their End of Season
celebration on Nov. 28, at The Summit. In addition to great food,
drinks, and conversation, several of those in attendance received
awards for their putting accomplishments. Phyllis Kate won the
award for the Lowest Overall Average Score. Most Persistent Player
award went to Lois White. Irma Petersen earned the Lowest Score in
a Round award (and she repeated this feat three times!). There was
a tie between Judy Irving and Pat Whalen for Most Hole in One Shots
award. Also, everyone at the celebration received a very clever golf
ball Santa decoration, handmade by Barbara Paules. Judy Irving, LPG
President, hosted this inaugural event. She said that she was very
happy that our first season had provided so much fun and excitement
for all the members. Judy also mentioned that she is looking forward
to January when the ladies will begin their next putting season. ~
