FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JANUARY 2018 5 By Cindy Graves For those of you who lamented the departure of First Service's Eric Zarr eight months ago, you can stop lamenting. That's right, our wonderful Eric Zarr has been approved by the Board of Directors to take the helm of the FirstService Management team to serve the Four Seasons community. What a great Christmas present that announcement was to the breath-holding staff as a trail of prospective GM's marched through the Administration office for the BOD to interview and assess. Eric turned out to be the man for the job. Not only does he already love Four Seasons and know many of you, but his proven excellent track record spoke louder than words. If you are new to the community and have yet to meet Eric, rest assured that his mission is to provide exceptional service and solutions that enhance the value of every property and the lifestyle of every resident in the neighborhood. He's a great leader and a caring and compassionate person. As you can tell, I'm totally biased and for good reason. We've worked well together with some intense problem-solving and he's even willing to let his hair down to have a little fun with the community as his "Captain Morgan" picture depicts from last year's Appreciation Brunch. If you get a chance, be sure to stop by the office and introduce yourself. He'd love to meet all the new folks who have moved in since he last worked here. Welcome aboard Mr. Zarr!
