Happy New Year!
Donna Anderson Kniss from Cherry Valley Nursery will be demonstrating
rose pruning this month. Please come to enjoy our great club, make new friends,
bring a friend or a neighbor. It's a great way to socialize and have fun. We have
interesting programs on the second Wednesday of the month (unless otherwise
stated) in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom. You may attend one time as our guest
and then we know you will want to join! For additional information please call
Suzi Messick at 769-7945 or La Nelle Neet at 769-7947. Better yet we are always
at the front door welcoming new members. Yearly dues is only $15. Come and
join the fun!
Good To Know: Penny Pines was started in San Francisco in 1941.
Janna Waller needs people for Plant a Row as some volunteers have decided
not to continue. Please call her at 797-3879. Also please contact Janna or
Carolyn Wright at 797-3568 if you have fruit that needs to be picked. The citrus
season is starting.
We fill gift bags for the less fortunate with soap, shampoo, body lotion,
toothpaste, toothbrushes, socks (without holes please) purchased or donated.
