Come and meet some of the regular players.
We are starting a new monthly feature called "Meet the Players."
Each month will feature one of the regular players. This month you
will be introduced to Jeanne McGuire.
Meet the Players: Jeanne McGuire is the 83 year old President of
the POP Tennis Club. Do not let her age fool you… she is a perfect
example of why the game is great for everyone, no matter what your
age. She has been playing POP tennis here in Sun Lakes for the past
20 years. She always extends a special welcome to all new players
and is the first to offer assistance for new players. Her "Irish" sense of
humor always keeps us laughing. Drop by and witness her awesome
serve and terrific reflexes at the net. She amazes all of us every time
we play and hope we can play as well when we reach 83.
We welcome everyone interested in the game to join us. Scheduled
days of play are Tues/Thurs/Fri from 8 to 10 am. On Sunday, the
courts are open to everyone, but many POP Tennis players show up
to play on Sunday at 8 am.

Table Tennis/Ping Pong
Good exercise! A fun activity! Great people! That's what you'll find with us. Haven't
played since you were a kid? Doesn't matter… we have players of all skill levels. We play
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 4 to 6 pm, and Sat., 10 am to 12 noon in the Main
Clubhouse Ballroom (normally). See the Events Board across from the Main Clubhouse
