Treasurer's Report

The Financials for the month of December will be delayed. The delay is due to a technical issue with uploading data to the financial
management system. This is affecting all of Associa's clients. Associa's Information Technology group is working on the issue and we hope
to have it resolved quickly. On-site staff is keeping the Board updated on this issue.
