| SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | MARCH 2018 | 47 Bible Study Our Bible study group is non-denominational. All are welcome. We meet together every week for fellowship and study. On the first Wednesday of each month we meet for dinner before our regular meeting. Reservations for dinner are taken in the meeting the last Wednesday of each month. Bring your Bible, any version, and listen to or participate in our discussion of the evening topic. We're all learning together. We'd be delighted if you'd join us. We meet Wednesdays at 7 pm in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. The average person knows about 50,000 words. Sun Lakers are better than average and know even more words. If you are the type of person that likes to sort words into some kind of order then you will fit right in with the Sun Lakes Writers' Group. Our members love to write. Some are novelists, learning as they go along and using our group to help them with ideas and edits. Others work on new projects, from memoirs to fiction and even poetry. They use the group for suggestions and approval. There is nothing better than the appreciation of your peers. The group meets twice per month, on the first Monday and the third Wednesday, from 3 to 5 pm in the Sun Lakes Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. Digging Into Our Treasure Troves Hopefully you've reread some of those old Christmas letters from relatives and found some interesting stories to add to your family history. I did - guess what, my cousin MaryAnn just added new grandchildren, twin boys, to our story! And so the history continues. Next will be spring cleaning when surprise mementos surface and Grandpa's old railroad engineer's cap is found. Wow! So on Wed., March 28 at 1 pm in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room we will meet and have members present and share their family tree information and findings.
