First off, we want to thank all of our performers, staff and crew who worked
so hard to bring you this years "That's Entertainment." Thanks to all those who
came to support our endeavor. Without you, there would be no show. We hope
you liked some of our new ideas. We had new performers and some from past
shows. We always welcome new members. Be on the lookout for the "Readers
Theater" due in May. Thanks again Sun Lakers.
Happy Cookers
"Sláinte!" From the Happy Cookers Club! That is an Irish wish for good cheer
and health. The Happy Cookers will celebrate the Luck of the Irish at their March
23 meeting in the South Clubhouse with flavors of Ireland. We hope you join us
at the 11 am meeting. Happy Cookers Club is one of the largest clubs in our
community. It's no wonder. Everyone loves to eat their goodies and learn about
food. For membership information contact Carolyn Wright at 797-3568.
The January meeting was a treat with Royce Newman of Two Guys in a Jam,
teaching us how he makes blackberry jam. It's yummy with ice cream. So until
the 23rd remember this Irish saying:
