Coffee With the Board is a monthly event held from 9 to 10:30 am on the first Thursday of the month in the Lodge Ballroom. The Board discusses various issues that are relevant to the community. Come on down and be part of the discussion. The next meeting is Thursday, March 1. LIFESTYLE DIRECTOR REPORT By Richard Booth, Lifestyle Director We are super excited to announce the completion of the Audio and Visual upgrades here at Solera Diamond Valley. These upgrades vary throughout the Lodge and provide the most dynamic visual and audio experience the Lodge has ever seen. Most notable are the upgrades to the Ballroom. No more dreading sitting in the back during a meeting or show, we have upgraded the sound system to provide crisp surround sound for all events held here at the Lodge. What is a show without awesome lighting?! The Ballroom has also been upgraded with digital LED lighting which allows full control of its up lighting with the touch of an iPad. Also the projection system in the Ballroom has been upgraded to 4K High Definition to provide the most optimal visual experience when giving presentations, watching a movie, or browsing the television. The Deergrass Room's entertainment system has also been upgraded by adding a 75 inch 4K High Definition TV which will make our movie going experience feel like we're at the movies. This TV will also assist our Board and other committees in providing a user friendly setup when presenting information digitally. On top of all our upgrades we have increased the safety of our residents and Lodge by installing security cameras throughout the building and have increased our networking capabilities. This will help in ensuring the highest optimal capability of our equipment. One of the biggest complaints I have received is the lack of music playing throughout the Lodge. With our upgraded digital sound system the entire Lodge is now accessible to music and each area in the Lodge can have its own style of play. Once again I am super excited to have these upgrades and look forward to sharing this new Audio and Visual experience with you all.
