FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MAY 2018 17
By Larry Workman
Have you ever wondered how
to contact a neighbor but did not
have a phone number? Or did you
need an address so you could send
a card? Well, there are two resident
directories — printed and online —
that are available to residents which
may provide that information.
During the newcomer orientation,
residents are offered the opportunity
to be included in the printed directory.
The directory includes names,
addresses, home and mobile numbers
and email addresses of residents who
select to provide this information.
The paper version is updated
quarterly and available from a Lodge
attendant. Additions or revisions can be made by submitting a
Resident Directory form, available from attendants at the Lodge,
Summit and Courts.
The online directory is posted on the community website.
To register, view and search, a resident must go to www.
fourseasonsbeaumont.org and click on Contacts in the blue bar at
the top of the screen. Select Resident
Directory in the drop down tab.
First-time users of the website may
register by selecting that option in the
upper-right-hand corner of the home
screen. When entering information in
the registration form, residents have
the option to display or not display their
profile, address and phone number.
One feature of the web directory is
the ability to search for a resident. The
search can be conducted by using the
first or last name of a resident or an
address. The initial results can provide
the full name, address and phone
number of the resident. By selecting
the profile (see link at the left of the
initial results), a small window will
appear which includes the email address of the resident.
It is important to remember that both directories are restricted for
use by residents of our community. Efforts are made to protect your
privacy by limiting the distribution of the printed format by request
only and with the password protection of the website.
