FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MAY 2018 19 Greetings! Your Social Committee has been hard at work planning upcoming events. We are looking for volunteers who are willing to assist us with the events eg, decorating the Ballroom. If you are interested please contact Pam Morales at (951) 769-1914. Our next event will be our Summer Paint Night on June 2. Flyers with details are posted and tickets are on sale at the Lodge Main Desk. This will be a sellout because space is needed for our "budding artists." This promises to be a truly fun night! Here is a preview of upcoming events: Aug. 11 - Fashion Show and Luncheon Oct. 27 - Masquerade Murder Mystery Event Dec. 31 - New Year's Eve Dinner and Dance See you all at Paint Night! ~ Pamela Morales Social Committee At our March meeting, February's financial statement was reviewed and recommended for BOD approval. Four homeowners and were in attendance. There is an opening on the Finance Committee. The window tinting will help with energy costs as well as reduce glare in the building. The wrought iron fencing in residential phase C is in progress. The replacement of the damaged pickleball net court dividers by chain link fencing was sent to the Board of Directors for approval in April and should be completed soon. Larry Nail recently resigned from the Committee due to outside commitments. Thank you, Larry, for your service to our community. We currently have several positions open on the Facilities Committee for anyone interested in serving our community. The Facilities Committee meets in the RCN building on the third Tuesday of the month at 8:30 am. We always welcome residents to join us and share their ideas or concerns. ~ Bruce Lewis Facilities Committee
