MANAGER'S REPORT
TRAIL SIGNS Have you wondered what the signs
on the different trails are, such as "A1" or "B5"? They are
not an elaborate form of trail bingo, but markers so that if
a resident needs help they can be found quickly. As most of
us have cell phones on us all of the time, if one needs to call
for help they can help pin-point their location with the trail
signs. Each sign is installed approximately every 100 yards.
ELECTION UPDATE By the time you read this
the election will be over for 2017. Thank you for your time
and attention in voting!
GOLF CARTS There have been several reports of
underage drivers of golf carts on the community streets.
While we are a private community, only those possessing
a valid driver's license may operate a motorized vehicle on
the community streets.
